What is Heyco Sunshine™?

Heyco Sunshine™ is a rolled copper alloy strip product in coil form that has a maximum surface roughness of 3 Ra. Essentially, Heyco Sunshine is like a polished surface without the micro scratches caused by traditional buffing processes. The cost effective smooth surface allows for stamping oriented processes with minimal shock or draw lines.




Can Heyco Sunshine™ reduce my manufacturing costs?

Heyco Sunshine™ was developed for industries that stamp cosmetic sensitive parts. In many cases, with proper tool development, Heyco Sunshine™ can significantly reduce and even eliminate manufacturing processes.
