Surface Inspection

Cognex-Smartview is a surface inspection system that is utilized for coil defect detection. While no coil is perfect, the Smartview system allows Heyco to "see" the entire coil (top & bottom) during and after processing.

Heyco's Smartview system has been taught to identify defects that may cause problems in the intended end use. Our machine operators and quality personnel are notified to assure that an appropriate disposition is made.
